Gentle Yoga

Basic Yoga

Enjoy a wide range of postures with focus on mind-body awareness, alignment and proper breathing techniques. Options are given so students can modify the intensity of their own practice. Great for all levels.

Mobility Yoga

This gentle class focuses on joint health and mobility and is suitable for all ages. You will increase range of motion, improve balance and flexibility for healthier movement, on and off the mat.

Tarot Yoga

Where movement meets mysticism. This all-levels class blends traditional yoga with the symbolism of the tarot. Each week, a featured card will guide the energy and intention of the class. Restorative Yoga
