The buzz around breathwork is growing, and if you're new to the practice, you're in for a real treat. Whether you've only just heard of breathwork or you've stumbled upon it through your own exploration, this powerful technique is quickly gaining popularity as a potent tool for personal growth and transformation.


This is an experience open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Expertly guided by Amy who will be with you every step of the way, you can feel safe and confident as you break free and break through anything holding you back. Sounds pretty great, right? Here is a quick breakdown of what to expect.

What is a breathwork event comprised of?  You will have a quick intro to breathwork so you don't need to worry if this is your first time! Following that, Amy will lead Guided Journaling or Meditation on the breathwork theme before moving into a High Powered Breathwork Journey.

What is the breath work like? Breathwork is done lying down on your back on a yoga mat in a comfortable position. An intuitively chosen playlist of music is played for motivation and relaxation purposes in order to help release stuck emotions by tapping into the energy and emotion of those particular songs. Amy is going to guide you through this entire process using powerful motivational messages to help break up old neuropathways of the brain that are responsible for the unhealthy/unconscious habits that are no longer serving you.

What do I need to bring? You will need to bring notebook/pen, water, a yoga mat and a small blanket (to help keep you cozy and comfortable). It is also recommended that you do not eat 2 hours prior to the event. If you need to, eat something light.

About Amy - Amy is a certified Breathwork facilitator based in Rhode Island. She stumbled upon breathwork in March of 2020 and her life shifted in such a beautiful way. With much healing, clarity and  many breakthroughs on her journey she decided to take her practice to the next level and attended an in person teacher training in Utah so she could share with others the magic of the breath that she discovered back in 2020.  She has a small studio where she holds one on one and small private group sessions in East Greenwich and also offers virtuals. She does pop-up group events and workshops throughout New England. She is inspired through the breath to lead each person on a deep journey within to heal, grow & love.
