If you answered yes to any of these questions, then we are happy to invite you to take a journey into mindful connection with this 6 week Mindfulness Immersion!
In this 6 week Mindfulness Immersion journey Jaclyn will introduce ways to help reduce stress, increase wellness, connect more deeply to yourself and the world around you. You will dive deep into Mindfulness practices which are heavily influenced by the MBSR program (mindfulness based stress reduction). These practices will help bring you in greater alignment with your true self and the way you want to live. You will learn effective ways to deal with our every day (and not so every day) triggers, stressors, and anxieties so you can feel more at ease and confident in yourself and your life.

An altered brain function and structure leading to a more positive mood

Some of the many topics in this curriculum will be:
The history of mindfulness
Finding still this even in the midst of chaos
Seeing, hearing, and moving mindfully
Befriending the judging mind
Learning will be both in-person at Simplify Yoga as well as weekly home studies.
In between weekly sessions participants are will maintain a daily mindfulness practice which will be supported by guided recordings. Each participant is expected to a making an overall commitment to practicing 6 out of 7 days a week (weekly meeting days may be counted as A-day of practice) Participants should set aside a minimum of 30 minutes for each day of mindful practice. Throughout the 6 week journey you'll have access to Jaclyn by email, phone, and during each weekly in person session!

All in-person sessions will be held at Simplify Yoga.
The in-person sessions will meet Sundays 11am-12:30pm on Oct 6, 13, 27; Nov 3, and 10.
The final meeting/mini retreat will take place on Sunday, Nov 17 from 12:45-4pm.
The full cost of this intensive series is $450. A non-refundable deposit of $100 must be paid by Sept. 29 to secure your spot!
