GENTLE - For beginners or those who want to take it slow and simple. This class consists of easy warm-ups, gentle stretching, and basic postures.
BASIC - Offers a wide range of postures with focus on mind-body aware-ness, alignment and proper breathing techniques. Modifications will be given.
BASIC VINYASA FLOW- Emphasizes movement between postures guided by deliberate breath in a sequence of poses that will increase flexibility, strengthen and build endurance. This is a fully balanced class and All Levels are welcome to join as we ride the waves of breath in this dynamic moving meditation!
YOGA IMMERSION- For an immersive experience that wil include yoga, meditation, breath work, chanting and more. This class allows you to gain more knowledge and power for your practice and your life, on and off the mat. For all levels.
STRETCH & BREATHE YOGA-Combines gentle stretching movements with mindful breathwork to increase flexibility, strengthen and tones muscles and improve posture and balance. All ages and levels are welcome.
SLOW FLOW YOGA-Synchronizes breath and movement to create a meditation in motion, improving coordination and balance, and enhancing self-awareness. Moving slowly, with attention to alignment and longer holding of postures, gradually builds strength.
PILATES- Focuses on alignment and core stability in a series of movement. It is a total body workout that tones and strengthens the entire body, improves balance, agility and mobility.
ZUMBA- A fun way to work out and burn calories. Anyone can do it! It consists of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Its a fantastic core workout and is helpful with weight loss. Students can do the class bare foot or with gym shoes. No Street Shoes Please!!
MEDITATION GROUP-Learn to meditate finding inner peace through breathing, chanting, gonging, and other meditation tools. Meditation promotes joy, contentment, peace and cleanses the mind like water cleanses the body.
